  1. Launch GarageBand on your iPhone/iPad.

  2. Go to My Songs.

  3. Make sure Browse is highlighted, then tap Select and choose your song.

  4. Click the Share icon in the lower left, then click Song.

  5. High Quality (192 kBit/s) should be fine, so hit Share.

  6. Scroll down to Save to Files (if you wish, you could also text, Airdrop, email, or save to Google Drive).

  7. Scroll down to Downloads (or wherever you prefer to save your file).

  8. Change your Song Title (be sure to include your name!).

  9. Click Done, then Save, then Done again.

  10. Now you can share your file with the world! When you click Upload from Google Forms, you should see your song in the folder where you saved it.
